Women were considered an object of dominion by the male group. The connotation of women were less than men. The caliber of women is exposed by a bright change, with different ideas from the 17th century till date. Women were considered weak mentally, physically even when all the men were not intelligent or fit. Women were seen as immature children and would not be involved in essential or serious matters. A man looked at a women as his captive who would amuse him, take care of his children and him and the household. Women then were illiterate and were made to do only household chores and bring up children.

Females always stood below males. They were considered inferior to men. Even if the women was a graduate there were no suitable jobs. Then jobs like army were always dominated by men. Women were only an object of beauty and this was the factor that kept the males attracted to them.

The changing time has also changed the views of men, and one of these changes has been the caliber of women. In different communities women are honored and respected. Women have gained their own position in the society and men and women enjoy the same freedom. Women have fought for a long time and now are finally over the dominance and the times of suppression which hid their talents thoughts. Finally they have achieved the same work as men, vote with men and are called rightfully equal to men.
